2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Each time a page is requested, the web server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser (server log files):
- IP address
- date and time of access
- requested page or file
- referrer URL (the page you came from)
- browser and operating system
- amount of data transferred and HTTP status code
This data is technically required to deliver the website and to keep it stable and secure, for example to detect attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is the secure and error-free operation of the website. The log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for these purposes. The host processes the data on my behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).
3. Storage in your browser
The website stores two settings in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). They never leave your browser:
- “pp_lang”: the language you chose using the flags, so that the page appears in the same language on your next visit;
- “pp_consent”: your choice in the cookie banner, so that you are not asked again on every visit.
Storing them is strictly necessary for the functions you explicitly requested (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.
4. Web analytics with Google Analytics (only with your consent)
If you click “Accept” in the banner, I use Google Analytics 4 to understand how this website is used, for example which pages are viewed and which links are clicked. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no data is transmitted to Google.
- Data processed: pages viewed, date and time, referrer URL, interactions such as clicks on external links, browser, operating system, device type, screen resolution, approximate location (country, city) and a random identifier stored in a cookie. Google uses your IP address only to determine your approximate location and does not store it.
- Cookies: “_ga” and “_ga_…”, stored for up to 2 years.
- Google Signals and advertising features are disabled.
- Retention of analytics data: 2 months, after which it is deleted automatically.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Google processes the data on my behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR).
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Google Analytics is then disabled and the “_ga” cookies are deleted.
5. Contact by email
If you send me an email, I process your details (email address, name and the content of your message) to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The data is deleted once your request has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Links to other websites
This website contains links to the external websites of the projects it presents. No data is transmitted to them until you click a link; from then on, the privacy policy of the respective website applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). Just write to info@pacchiana.de.
You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de. You may also contact the authority where you live or work.
